20080730 - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM: Two sans-papiers pictured on scaffolding at the construction site of the Eglise du Beguinage - Begijnhofkerk - Beguinage church, in Brussels, Wednesday 30 July 2008. The 'sans-papiers' use the occupation of cranes and construction sites to put pressure on the government for giving them a legal status, but the government refuse to react, especially since they are on summer break.
